‘Bates Motel’ Final Season Trailer Released

Our first look at the final season of A&E’s Bates Motel has arrived online today, teasing what promises to be the darkest season yet.

The upcoming Season 5 will dive into its own retelling of the classic Psycho story from director Alfred Hitchock’s landmark 1960 film based on the novel by Robert Bloch, which means the original Sam Loomis, and a certain shower scene now with Rihanna in the role of Marion Crane (originally played by Janet Leigh), will be coming to TV this year.

The series stars Freddie Highmore as Norman Bates and Vera Farmiga as Norma Bates/”Mother”.

Bates Motel reopens for business on A&E on Feb. 20.
