Kristina Klebe is “Jenny Myers” in ‘Friday the 13th: The Game’
Horror gamers can’t wait to slice into Friday the 13th: The Game , which features Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th Part VII-X) once again portraying Jason Voorhees and kills (plus a new Jason skin) designed by legendary SFX artist Tom Savini, and with its release date now set for next month, our friend Kristina Klebe (Halloween, Tales of Halloween) dropped a cool bit of news today (just in time for #MichaelMyersMonday) revealing that she plays a Camp Crystal Lake counselor named quite fittingly “Jenny Myers”.
In the video Klebe posted on Facebook, which you can watch below, it is explained that “Jenny Myers” is “the girl next door,” described much like the typical “final girl” of a slasher film. The character’s last name is obviously a cool nod to her role as Michael Myers victim “Lynda” in Rob Zombie’s 2007 Halloween remake.
With franchise icons Tom Savini as executive producer and cinematographer, Henery Manfredini as composer, and Kane Hodder as motion capture actor portraying Jason, Friday the 13th: The Game will launch on Xbox One, PS4 and Steam as a digital download on May 26.
