Nickel City Con 2017 Cosplay Highlights [Photo Gallery]
The second annual Nickel City Con took place in Buffalo, New York earlier this month with an awesome lineup of celebrity guests, and an impressive display cosplay from all genres in attendance.
Headlining guests announced for this year included Star Trek alums William Shatner and Nichelle Nichols, Star Wars icon Billy Dee Williams, Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp, Arrow‘s Manu Bennett, Flash Gordon star Sam Jones, pro wrestlers Diamond Dallas Page and Jake The Snake Roberts, and many more.
After winning first place in the costume contest at the inaugural Nickel City Con in 2016, our pal “OBX Megatron” (cosplayer Brad Biddle) was invited back to the event this year as a special guest and panel speaker, along with his photographer wife Kalie Biddle representing Halloween Daily News.
This year Brade debuted his newest cosplay creation, the Autobot Ironhide, standing an awesome eight feet tall.
It has already been announced that the 3rd annual Nickel City Con will return to the Buffalo Convention Center on May 18-20, 2018.
