‘Haunt’ Coming to Blu-ray with Loads of Bonus Treats

The brutal and beautiful Halloween scare house film Haunt (read our review here) is coming to Blu-ray for the first time this October in a killer Collector’s Edition release that includes over five hours of behind the scenes extras and loads of other treats.

From co-writers/directors Scott Beck and Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place) and executive producer Eli Roth, Haunt was released to VOD and then quietly onto DVD in 2019, this is the first time the film has been available on Blu-ray.

The official synopsis: On Halloween, a group of friends encounter an “extreme” haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some nightmares are very real.

The film stars Katie Stevens, Will Brittain, Lauryn McClain, Andrew Caldwell, Shazi Rajay, and our friend Damian Maffei (read our interview here).

This two-disc Collector’s Edition includes the film’s soundtrack by tomandandy, as well as four 16×20-inch mini-posters, a reproduction of the haunt map, six enamel pins, four VHS box-style magnets, and over five hours of the following special features:

  • To Escape the Haunt: The Making of HAUNT featurette including interviews with writers/directors Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, actors Katie Stevens, Will Brittain, Andrew Lewis Caldwell, Lauryn Alisa McClain, Schuyler Helford, Justin Marxen, Chaney Morrow, Special Makeup Effects artist Chris Bridges and co-composer Andy Milburn (tomandandy)
  • Audio Commentary with actors Justin Marxen (Clown), Chaney Morrow (Ghost) and Damian Maffei (Devil)
  • Audio Commentary with writers/directors Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, Behind the Haunt, The Sound of Haunt, Deleted Scenes with an introduction by Scott and Bryan
  • Popcorn Frights Q & A with Scott, Bryan and some of the cast
  • Egyptian Theatre Premiere Q & A with Scott and Bryan, moderated by Eli Roth
