New ‘For the Sake of Vicious’ Trailer Promises a Brutal Halloween Night
A new trailer for the independent horror film For the Sake of Vicious was unleashed online this week, teasing yet more of what promises to be a brutally violent Halloween Night for one unfortunate nurse.
In the film, directed by Gabriel Carrer and Reese Eveneshen, Romina, an overworked nurse and single mother returns home from her late shift on Halloween night to find a maniac hiding out with a bruised and beaten hostage. When an unexpected wave of violent intruders descends upon her home, the trio realize the only way out of the situation is to work together and fight for their survival.
Lora Burke (Poor Agnes) stars as the nurse, Romina, along with Colin Paradine and Nick Smyth.
The film was reportedly shot in only fifteen days, the filmmakers used practical FX, and the stunts were performed by the actors themselves.
For the Sake of Vicious will arrive in select theaters on April 16, and will be released on VOD on April 20 and on Blu-ray on May 4, from Dread/Epic Pictures.
