Hear New Track “Michael’s Legend” from ‘Halloween Kills’ Soundtrack

Sacred Bones Records will release the official soundtrack album for Halloween Kills this October on the same day the highly anticipated sequel arrives in theaters, and a third  anc final pre-release new track, called “Michael’s Legend”, has just dropped and is available to listen to online right now!

Very different than the manic first two singles, the new track is a slower, hauntingly mournful piano piece.

From the announcement: “Following the dramatic bombast of “Unkillable” and the creeping, suspense-filled “Rampage,” today they share the sparse, melancholic piano requiem, “Michael’s Legend” – an homage to the Halloween movies’ infamous protagonist, Michael Myers.”

The album features the film’s original music composed by John Carpenter, and his bandmates Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies, the team who previously scored Blumhouse’s 2018 Halloween.

The Halloween Kills soundtrack will be released on October 15, when the film is also scheduled to open in theaters.

You can pre-order the Halloween Kills soundtrack digital version via Amazon here, and you can pre-order the vinyl physical release on a variety of different colors, or on CD or cassette tape(!) here. Read on for more info, and view each of the variations below.
