Spirit Halloween Teases 2022 Animatronics in New Promo Video

Spirit Halloween kicked off the marketing for their 2022 new releases with a very brief VHS-style promo video shared today (4/29/22) for Halfway to Halloween, teasing some of this year’s animatronics.

Titled simply “Halfway to Halloween,” and featuring only the words “Are you ready?” in the description on YouTube and caption on Instagram, the video shows a chalkboard in what could be a dilapidated classroom setting, also featuring an old rocking horse, tattered composition notebooks, and a possible bloody butcher knife in the foreground. There are various diagrams, equations, and symbols (is that a Cult of Thorn rune?) drawn on the chalkboard.
