‘Halloween Kills’ Nominated for 2 MTV Movie Awards
Halloween Kills is among the nominees announced this week for the 2022 MTV Movie Awards, with James Jude Courtney and Kyle Richards both recognized for their performances in the film.
James Jude Courtney’s work as the ultimate Michael Myers earned him a nomination in the Best Villain category, where the other nominees include Colin Farrell for The Batman, Daniel Radcliffe for The Lost City, Victoria Pedretti for You, and Willem Dafoe for Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Reprising her role as Lindsey Wallace from the original 1978 Halloween, Kyle Richards is nominated in the Most Frightened category, where she faces stiff competition from Jenna Ortega for Scream, Mia Goth for X, Millicent Simmonds for A Quiet Place Part II, and Sadie Sink for Fear Street: Part Two 1978.
Fans can vote for their favorites across 26 categories at vote.mtv.com from now through May 18 at 6:00 p.m ET.
The 2022 MTV Movie Awards will take place on Sunday, June 5 on MTV.
