‘Agatha All Along’ Trailer Previews Dark New Witch Series
The next upcoming live action series from the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) is the witch-centric Agatha All Along, a spinoff of WandaVision, and the first official trailer for the new show just dropped online, possibly confirming that it takes place during Halloween.
Kathryn Hahn reprises her WandaVision role as the witch Agatha Harkness in her own spinoff series. The cast also includes Patti LuPone as Lilia, Sasheer Zamata as Jennifer, Debra Jo Rupp as Sharon, and Ali Ahn as Alice; all of which are new characters described by the show’s creator Jac Schaeffer (who also created WandaVision) as “covenless witches,” as well as Emma Caulfield Ford reprising her character Dottie from WandaVision, and Aubrey Plaza in an as yet unknown role.
As we previously reported, Marvel’s Head of TV and Streaming recently called the new series “a Halloween show.” WandaVision featured an awesome Halloween episode in 2021.
The official trailer focuses on a certain witch’s death certificate, date October 13, which seems to confirm that the series will take place during the Halloween season.
You can watch the official trailer below.
The fist two episodes of Agatha All Along premiere on Disney+ on September 18.
