[Interview] Courtney Halverson Talks Horror Movie ‘Consumed’ and Halloween
A wendigo is stealing human skin in the upcoming horror movie Consumed, arriving in select theaters and on demand this week, featuring a powerful performance from Courtney Halverson, who told us she could not wait dig into this demanding lead role when we talked recently.
In the film, trapped between a madman seeking revenge and a skin-stealing monster, a married couple must find the strength to fight and make it out of the woods alive.
From The Butcher Brothers (The Hamiltons, April Fool’s Day)- director/producer Mitchell Altieri and producer Phil Flores – from a script by David Calbert, the cast is let by Halverson (Unfriended, St. Agatha), along with Devon Sawa (Chucky, Idle Hands, Final Destination) and Mark Famiglietti (Terminator 3).
Consumed will be released in theaters and on demand this Friday, August 16.
