Haunting ‘Presence’ Teaser Sets Steven Soderbergh Movie for 2025
An early official teaser has just been released online for director Steven Soderbergh’s upcoming haunted house movie, Presence, announcing a January 2025 release date.
In the film, a family moves into a suburban house and become convinced they are not alone.
Directed by renowned filmmaker Steven Soderbergh (Contagion, Traffic, Kimi, Side Effects, Ocean’s Eleven) from a screenplay by David Koepp (Jurassic Park, Secret Window, Spider-Man, The Mummy, Kimi), the entire movie is reportedly framed from the point of view of its ghost, according to early reviews, and this is the case in this first official teaser trailer.
The cast includes Lucy Liu, Chris Sullivan, Callina Liang, Julia Fox, Eddy Maday, and West Mulholland.
This is the latest horror movie from Neon, the distributor of this year’s massively successful Longlegs, Immaculate, and Cuckoo.
Presence will haunt theaters on January 17, 2025, from Neon.
