Watch ‘The Last Starfighter’ Panel, Sequel Update from Nick Castle [Video]

This year marks the 40th anniversary of The Last Starfighter, the 1984 sci-fi adventure movie that was ahead of its time in many ways, which was celebrated at Nightmare Weekend in Virginia last month, where director and co-writer Nick Castle reminisced on stage with the co-stars Lance Guest and Catherine Mary Stewart, and provided fans with an update on a possible sequel.

The Last Starfighter Q&A panel took place on Saturday, October 12, at the Nightmare Weekend horror convention in Richmond, Virginia, featuring director Nick Castle, and the film’s stars Lance Guest (Halloween II, Jaws: The Revenge) and Catherine Mary Stewart (Weekend At Bernie’s, Night of the Comet).
