Halloween Association 2025 Spooky Awards Finalists Announced

The Halloween & Costume Association‘s 2nd Annual Spooky Awards is coming in January 2026, celebrating the Halloween industry and honoring the best new product releases of the past year, and the 2025 finalists have now been revealed. Read on for the full press release.

The Halloween & Costume Association (HCA) is proud to announce the Finalists for the 2nd Annual Spooky Awards, recognizing the most innovative, imaginative, and impactful products in the Halloween industry.

Following a wave of outstanding submissions from manufacturers and creators across the globe, the 2025 Spooky Awards Finalists represent the very best in costumes, accessories, décor, makeup, masks, and more. Each entry was evaluated by a panel of industry experts on Innovation, Marketability, Trendsetting Potential, Appeal, and Usefulness.

“The creativity and innovation showcased in this year’s entries are nothing short of extraordinary,” said Michele Boylstein, HCA’s Executive Director. “These Finalists not only capture the spirit of Halloween but also set the trends that will shape the season for years to come.”

New this year, the Spooky Awards introduced a brand-new fan vote, giving everyone the chance to select their own favorites to be crowned the Fang Favorite.

Award Categories Include:

  • Accessories (Wigs, Shoes, Hats, etc.)
  • Costumes: Adult, Child, Licensed, Most Unique, Non-Character
  • Décor (Electronic, Inflatable, Lawn, etc.)
  • Makeup
  • Masks
  • Most Innovative (open to all categories)

Winners will be revealed live during the 2026 Halloween & Party Expo in Las Vegas—an industry-exclusive event that brings together the biggest names in Halloween retail.
