New 2026 Animatronic Variants from Halloween Costumes, Design Program Launched

Halloween Costumes officially launched Wave 1 of their 2026 Halloween animatronics lineup this week, featuring eight new limited edition variant versions of popular previously released animatronics, which are in stock and available to order right now, and announced a program in which two lucky fans will get to design their own 2027 animatronic.

The company is inviting fans to submit their own ideas for a new animatronic, to be voted on by the public, with the two final winners’ designs to be made into an actual animatronic to be released in 2027. The winners will be involved in every aspect of the process from sketch to completion, will receive 10 of the animatronics they helped design, and will get 5% of all revenue generated by their product. You can submit your animatronic design here until April 30.

The new 2026 variant animatronics are extremely limited in quantity and include a white version of the 7-ft howling werewolf, a sitting swiping zombie version of the scarecrow, a haunted doll version of the 3-ft clown tricycle, a newly red-dressed rocking horse zombie doll, a grey version of the 4.5-ft alien, a 5.9-ft lumbering lady companion for the lumbering zombie, a blue version of the dire dragon’s head, and a glow in the dark variant of the Ghostbusters hanging Slimer prop.

These new releases are currently available to order now at HalloweenCostumes.com.
