Thrilling ‘Stranger Things 2’ #SDCC Trailer is Awesome

The second season of the Netflix series Stranger Things, officially being referred to as Stranger Things 2, is coming this Halloween, and the first full official trailer just debuted at San Diego Comic Con (SDCC), featuring lots of Halloween-time imagery, as the new season is set to pickup on Halloween in 1984, about a year after the events of first season.

The official synopsis: It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.

Stranger Things 2 premieres on Netflix on Friday, Oct. 27.
