Kings Dominion Halloween Haunt 2021 Celebrates 20 Years of Fear

Kings Dominion theme park in Virginia has officially announced dates for its annual Halloween Haunt event, celebrating “20 Years of Fear” in 2021.

Revealed in an announcement video released on Aug. 12 in conjunction with Kings Dominion’s reveal of a new 4D free spinning roller coaster coming to the park in 2022, Halloween Haunt 20 Years of Fear will feature four new terrifying shows, the all-new Grimm Woods maze, and the new Uprising scare zone.

Grimm Woods – This all-new maze, takes you on a journey over the river and through the woods with the tales of the Grimm brothers, where you will encounter Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, Hansel and Gretel and the hungry witches of the woods, and more.

Uprising – In this scare zone, the undead have taken over Safari Village (soon to be re-themed as Jungle X-Pedition in 2022), but will their uprising be your downfall?

Live Entertainment – Each night of Halloween Haunt will kick off with an opening scaremony featuring Majesty herself, as she summons and casts hundreds of monsters out into the night. A total of four new shows will thrill guests with spine chilling music and dancing.

Halloween Haunt 2021 will run on select nights from Sept. 25 to Oct. 31 at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia.
