‘The Day After’ Short Film is Hilarious Nov. 1st Viewing

A new short film has just been released that makes for perfect viewing today, November 1st, simply titled The Day After.

In the film, it’s the day after Halloween and Eric is upset that his favorite day of the year is over, but his wife Beth believes that it’s time to take down the Halloween decorations and put up the Christmas decorations. How long is it acceptable to keep up Halloween decorations and how early is too early to decorate for Christmas? The husband and wife argue over that universal topic in The Day After.

Starring Mike Pirozzi as Eric and Bryn Berg as Beth, featuring a soundtrack written and composed by Ryan “Buttenz” Williams, the film is written and directed by Douglas A. Plomitallo.

Plomitallo tells HDN, “This is always a rough day for us horror fans as we try work through our Halloween-hangover. In the story, a man mourns the day after Halloween as his wife pesters him to take down the Halloween decorations. As we find out, scary season is not a button we press to turn off.”
