Survive Against Michael Myers in ‘Halloween: Match Made in Terror’ Mobile Game

Michael Myers from the ever expanding Halloween franchise is appearing in his second video game this month, starring in the brand new Halloween: A Match Made in Terror mobile game that just launched.

In the game players will “live out this dreadful story by solving hundreds of puzzles, getting stars for moving forward in the renovation of your house, and get extra bonuses to increase your chances of survival.”

(UPDATE 10/25/23) Here’s the games synopsis from the official website: “Having escaped and on the loose from Smith’s Grove Sanitarium, you and the rest of the residents of Haddonfield must act to survive Halloween night by solving ever increasingly difficult puzzles using the iconography of this classic film. Along the way you will collect special abilities and repair the damage this night has wrought upon this idyllic town. Make those matches as quickly as possible to ensure you stay one step ahead of The Boogeyman, because as Dr. Loomis said, ‘if you don’t, it’s your funeral’.

The goal is simple…survive the clutches of Michael Myers on Halloween night. With each successful encounter, you will move up the ranks of the leaderboard – the higher you rank, the safer you will be. Those at the top will also earn additional rewards to help in their journey.

Halloween: Match Made In Terror is a free-to-play officially licensed, immersive Match 3 game, and it is now available on iPhone and Android in their respective app stores. You can download it from the Google Play store here or download it from the Apple app store here.

In related gaming news, as we previously reported, The Shape is also featured in Fortnite this month as part of the Fortnitemares 2023 Halloween event and will become available as a new exclusive skin that will allow players to become Michael Myers starting tonight (Tuesday, Oct. 24) at 8:00 p.m. EST.
