13 New 2025 Animatronics Unveiled and Over 60 More Coming from Halloween Costumes

Halloween Costumes just got a head start on the competition, kicking reveals season into high gear, unveiling 13 brand new animatronics for 2025, which are either in stock now or up for pre-order as of today, but that’s only the first wave, with more than 60 more still be announced.

Officially licensed reveals today include a life-size Valak from The Nun animatronic; as well as a life-size Annabelle animatronic, and an oversized Chucky animatronic, plus a new 33-ft and 50-ft(!) Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Ghostbusters inflatables.

The 2025 lineup from Halloween Costumes includes Tony Tombstone the Graveyard Caretaker, the undead guardian of the graveyard, always watching; Hopps the Dismembered Zombie, a gruesome reminder of what happens when you cross the wrong undead; Brick Thunder-designed Salivation, a terrifying creature drooling with anticipation for its next victim; Brick Thunder-designed Dire Dragon’s Head, a fearsome dragon ready to unleash its fiery (or foggy) breath; Frederick the Floating Phantom, a ghostly apparition that will haunt your dreams; and the 12ft Zombie Life Size Animated Poseable, a towering zombie with color-changing feature sure to strike fear in your guests; and Galthax the Underworld Demon, summoned from the depths of hell to wreak havoc on your Halloween party; as well as the spinning saw-wielding Ripsaw, the Brick Thunder 3-Stacked Clowns, and Mary the Unhappily Ever After ghost bride.

Returning animatronics confirmed today include Tekky-produced Lumbering Zombie, Raven Scarecrow, and Howling Werewolf animatronics.
