We Attended Backwoods Haunt 2026 Opening Night in Currituck, NC [Video]
Backwoods Haunt in Currituck County, North Carolina just opened for its fifth year, and Halloween Daily News there to experience this indoor-outdoor haunted house attraction for the first time.
The numerous energetically performing live actors and outstanding makeup are among the highlights of this haunt, with effectively disorienting lighting and plenty of jump scares, as well as a relatively lengthy walkthrough time considering how new it is.
Backwoods Haunt is part of Historical Mchorney’s Odditorium, located at 4429 Caratoke Highway, in Barco, North Carolina, open Friday and Saturday nights in October through Halloween.
