Read moreHalloween Kills is the sequel to Blumhouse and Universal’s Halloween (2018), featuring the return of Michael Myers in the film franchise’s 12th installment.
It was officially announced on July 19, 2019, to be directed by David Gordon Green and executive produced by John Carpenter, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Jason Blum.
Jamie Lee Curtis reprises her iconic role as Laurie Strode, along with Judy Greer as Karen Strode and Andi Matichak as Allyson Strode.
Original Halloween 1978 cast members Kyle Richards (Lindsey Wallace), Charles Cyphers (Sheriff Leigh Brackett), and Nancy Stephens (Marion Chambers) are all also reprising their roles, along with Anthony Michael Hall stepping into the role of Tommy Doyle and Robert Longstreet as Lonnie Elam.
James Jude Courtney and Nick Castle continue their collaboration as Michael Myers.
Halloween Kills will be released in theaters on October 15, 2021.
