Haunted Screams Expo 2023 Costume Contest Highlights [Video / Photos]
The 4th annual Haunted Screams Expo horror convention returned to Hampton, Virginia this past weekend, bringing another killer lineup of special guest genre icons to this year’s event, in addition to all the other festivities that lick off the Halloween season for the region, and we were there to capture all of the excitement in exclusive photos and video footage.
The Haunted Screams costume contest took place on Sunday, September 17th at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, Virginia.
