H45: ‘Halloween’ 45 Years of Terror Franchise Reunion Returns to Pasadena

The massive Halloween: 45 Years of Terror franchise reunion convention has shaped up to be the biggest Michael Myers event yet, with over 60 guests and thousands of fans from around the world descending upon Pasadena, California this coming weekend, including the largest gathering of Myers actors ever assembled.

Guests from the original Halloween (1978) include the main man behind the mask Nick Castle (read our interview here), as well as Tommy Lee Wallace (watch our interview here), P.J. Soles (watch our interview here), Nancy Loomis (read our interview here), John Michael Graham, Will Sandin, Sandy Johnson (watch our interview here), Mickey Yablans, producer Irwin Yablans, as well as Brent LePage (Lonnie Elam) and Gwen Van Dam (Smith’s Grove nurse in the TV cut), making their ever convention appearances Previously announced, Charles Cyphers has recently canceled his appearance due to medical reasons.

From the 1981 sequel Halloween II, our friend Dick Warlock (watch our interview here) will be at H45, along with director Rick Rosenthal, Gloria Gifford, Jeffrey Kramer, Lance Guest, Leo Rossi, and Adam Gunn.

From Halloween III: Season of the Witch, in addition to director Wallace, Warlock, and Loomis, guests include Tom Atkins, Stacey Nelkin (read our interview here), Brad Schacter, and Jadeen Barbor (Betty Kupfer), making her first convention appearance

From 1988’s Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, Danielle Harris (watch our interview here), joins Tom Morga (read our interview here), Erik Preston (read our interview here), Kathleen Kinmont, and Sasha Jenson.

From Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, in addition to Harris, Don Shanks (read our interview here), Jeffrey Landman (read our interview here), and Matt Walker will be appearing.

From Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, A. Michael Lerner (read our interview here) and Brad Hardin will be appearing..

From 1998’s Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later, Chris Durand (read our interview here) will be joined by director Steve Miner.

From Halloween: Resurrection, in addition to director Rosenthal, Brad Loree (read our interview here) will be joined by his young Michael Myers counterpart (in deleted scenes) Gary Clayton.

From Halloween (2007), guests include Tyler Mane (watch our interview here), Daeg Faerch (watch our interview here), Malcolm McDowell (read our interview here), Dee Wallace (read our interview here), Kristina Klebe, Ken Foree, Casey Hendersot, Adrienne Barbeau, and Daniel Roebuck (read our interview here). Previously announced, Scout Taylor Compton (watch our interview here) recently canceled due to a SAG-AFTRA union-approved filming project.

From Halloween II (2009), in addition to Mane, McDowell, and Roebuck, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Sylvia Jefferies, Richard Brake, Chase Wright Vanek, and Duane Whitaker will all be meeting fans at H45.

From Halloween (2018), James Jude Courtney (watch our interview here), Rhian Rees (read our interview here), Diva Tyler (watch our interview here), Marian Sing, Cody Robinson, and makeup FX designer all three of the most recent Halloween movies Christopher Nelson (read our interview here).

From Halloween Kills, in addition to Courtney, Tyler, and Nelson, Anthony Michael Hall, Robert Longstreet, Carmela McNeal (watch our interview here), Michael Smallwood (watch our interview here), Tom Jones Jr., Airon Armstrong, and Douglas Tait (watch our interview here).

From Halloween Ends, Rohan Cambell (CoreyCunningham) will make his first ever convention appearance, along with Michele Dawson (Nurse Deb, watch our interview here), Jesse C. Boyd (Officer Mulaney), and Corey DeMeyers (Rohan’s stunt double), all making their first convention appearances, as well.

Halloween: Nightdance comic book writer Stef Hutchinson has also been added to the guest lineup.

More guests will likely still be announced in these final days before H45 takes over Pasadena, California this coming weekend. This article will be updated with any guest additions.

Of course the celebrity guests are only part of the epic event, which will also feature dozens of artists and exhibitors on the convention floor, with many convention-exclusive products you can only get at the event announced from some of our favorite brands, like Fright Rags, Trick or Treat Studios, Neca, Printed in Blood, Archie Comics, and more. In addition to the two-day fan convention portion of the event, where attendees can meet their favorite cast members from all 13 Halloween movies on Saturday and Sunday, the 45th anniversary weekend will kickoff with the Horror’s Hallowed Grounds tour of various filming sites from the films on Friday. After hours events are also part of the festivities.

Halloween: 45 Years of Terror will take place Sept. 29-Oct. 1 at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, California. Tickets are on sale now at Halloween45.com.
