Halloween Gets Extreme in ‘Haunt’ Trailer

The official trailer for the new Halloween horror film Haunt, from the co-writers of A Quiet Place, has just dropped, and it looks fantastic, teasing many of the cool new masks that we’ll see inside the extreme haunted house where things get real.

First announced back in 2017, Haunt stars Katie Stevens, Will Brittain, and Lauryn Alisa McClain, Andrew Caldwell, Shazi Rajay, and our friend Damian Maffei (read our interview here).

The film is written and directed by A Quiet Place‘s Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, and executive produced by Eli Roth.

The official synopsis: On Halloween, a group of friends encounter an “extreme” haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some nightmares are real.

The film was shot in Cincinnati during the actual Halloween season.

Haunt will be released in limited theaters, VOD, and digital HD on Friday the 13th of September.

You can watch the official trailer for Haunt below and (updated 8/8/19) see the five(!) new posters, which rightfully showcase the all-important masks of the killers.
