‘Black Pumpkin’ Halloween Slasher Set for December Release

Halloween is never over, especially here at HDN, as evidenced by this week’s announcement that the new Halloween slasher film Black Pumpkin is set for release this December and will introduce audiences to Bloody Bobby.

Directed by Ryan McGonagle, the film takes place on October 31, 2018, when two preteens in a small town accidentally awaken an evil that has lain dormant for decades. They are forced to survive through a terrifying Halloween night of cat-and-mouse from the monster known as “Bloody Bobby,” the ghost of Robert Maxwell, who haunts the streets of Fall Creek Valley every Halloween.

Black Pumpkin will be released on DVD and VOD on December 8, from Uncork’d Entertainment.
