Mad Monster Expo 2022 Returns to NC with ‘Halloween III’ Reunion and More

The annual Mad Monster Expo returns to Concord, North Carolina this weekend, and a totally killer lineup of guests is set to be in attendance and meeting fans, including a Halloween III: Season of the Witch reunion celebrating the film’s 40th anniversary, and many more.

Our friend and legendary stunt performer Dick Warlock (Halloween II, Halloween III) was the fist celebrity guest officially announced for the horror and Halloween convention, and he will be joined by Halloween franchise alums Tommy Lee Wallace (Halloween, Halloween III), Sandy Johnson (Halloween), Tom Atkins (Halloween III), Stacey Nelkin (Halloween III), and Dee Wallace (Halloween 2007). Warlock, Atkins, Nelkin, and writer/director Tommy Lee Wallace are reuniting at the event 40 years after the release of Halloween III.

Dee Wallace is also reuniting with her E.T. costars Henry Thomas and Robert MacNaughton at the event, and there will be also be a Killer Klowns from Outer Space reunion, including the Chiodo Brothers, Grant Cramer, Harrod Blank, Mike Martinez, and Suzanne Snyder.

Additional guests include Butch Patrick (The Munsters), John Kassir (Tales from the Crypt), Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator), Ted Raimi (Evil Dead 2), Ola Ray (Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”), Milly Shapiro (Hereditary),  Damian Maffei (Haunt, The Strangers: Prey At Night, Wrong Turn), and, making their first ever convention appearance, the stars of the Predator movie Prey Dane Diliegro and Dakota Beavers.
