[Interview] Kristina Klebe Talks ‘Halloween’ and ‘Noxturne’ with Byron Clohessy
Kristina Klebe joined us recently to discuss her memories from Haddonfield playing Lynda in Rob Zombie’s 2007 Halloween remake, and the personal journey that led to her feature directorial debut, the psychological thriller Noxturne, co-starring her real life partner Byron Clohessy, who also joined us for our new interview.
In a our video conversation earlier this month, we also of course talked about Halloween itself, as Kristina shared her earliest memories of celebrating the holiday growing up in New York, as well as a look back at her work in 2015’s Tales of Halloween anthology film.
Inspired by Klebe’s own real life spinal-injury recovery, Noxturne follows “a world-renowned pianist whose healing process turns terrifying as memory, desire, and nightmare begin to blur.”
