John Carpenter’s ‘Halloween’ Returns to Drive-Ins Through October 2020

As has become a tradition every year since 2012, John Carpenter’s 1978 immortal classic Halloween will return to limited theaters in 2020, along with Halloween 4 and Halloween 5, and most of those theaters will be drive-ins this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

CineLife Entertainment® has partnered with Trancas International Films and Compass International Pictures to bring HalloweenHalloween 4, and Halloween 5 back to theaters and drive-ins worldwide in 2020.

This is a restored and remastered digital print of Halloween, created under the supervision of the world-renowned cinematographer Dean Cundey (read our interview here).

The re-release has already started at some drive-ins around the U.S., with screenings in various markets continuing to be added through October 31.

Participating theaters, drive-ins, and showtimes will be posted at CineLife Entertainment, where you can also request that film(s) be shown at your local drive-in.
