Howl-O-Scream 2022 Dates Announced for Busch Gardens, SeaWorld Parks

While enjoying a family trip to Busch Gardens theme park in Williamsburg, Virginia this past Thursday and Friday, we were pleasantly surprised to see that when we returned on Friday (the 13th), the dates for Howl-O-Scream 2022 were posted near the entrance with details on a special Friday the 13th flash sale on tickets to the annual Halloween haunt event.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg has announced that Howl-O-Scream 2022 is officially scheduled to take place on select nights starting on Friday, Sept. 9 and running through Halloween, Oct. 31.

Howl-O-Scream returns in full force this year, according to the official website, taking over the entire park with haunted houses, terror-tories™, sinister shows, and party zones, with unsuspecting horrors awaiting their victims at every turn. Guests can also test their thrill threshold with world-class coasters at night, offering a completely different ride experience. Parental discretion is advised after 6:00 pm, as this year’s event contains amplified scares that are not recommended for children. The dates for this year’s Howl-O-Scream at other Busch Gardens and SeaWorld parks around the country have also been announced.

Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will also run on select nights Sept. 9-Oct. 31.

SeaWorld Orlando will host it’s own more aquatically themed version of Howl-O-Scream again in 2022, also running on select nights Sept. 9-Oct. 31, and they have already unleashed a teaser video, which you can watch below.

SeaWorld San Antonio is also hosting Howl-O-Scream on select nights Sept. 16-Oct. 30, and SeaWorld San Diego hosts its Howl-O-Scream in 2022 on select nights Sept. 17-Oct. 30.
